Vintage 2009 Blanc de blancs Grand Cru
The fermentation takes place in oak barrels, from 5 different wines from Burgundy. The malolactic fermentation is blocked and the champagne rests on yeast for at least 72 months before being disgorged. The grapes come exclusively from Grand Cru villages in the Côte des Blancs; Avize, Cramant and Mesnil sur Oger.
