Perrine Fresne

Perrine Fresne is a young champagne maker, who is taking over 3 of the 10 hectares from her father’s estate. Based in Sermiers, Premier Cru in Montagne de Reims, the woman is working in sustainable viticulture and released her first cuvée Sarmate 1, from the 2020 harvest. Since then, she is working on the development of different cuvées, one of them was released this year and is a beautiful single plot rosé de Saignée made from 100% Pinot Meunier.
