Located in the Montagne de Reims, in Sermiers, the Perrine Fresne estate extends over 15 lieux-dits and 3 hectares.
Perrine works with sustainable viticulture and her first cuvée was made with the 2020 harvest.
Her champagnes are produced in small quantities and are truly delicious. Her rosé de saignée, made exclusively from Meunier grapes, is perfect with food.
