Cool-Puck

The cool-puck is a unique cooling element that replaces the ice cubes. The round, reusable
Cool-Puck was designed by La Fraîcheur specifically for the Grand Cru model. Place the
frozen cool-puck into the ice chamber and the cooler will remain wonderfully cool for quite
some time. The cool-puck is ideal for use when ice cubes are not on hand, such as outdoors or
on a boat.

Before using for the first time, rinse the Cool-Puck with water, dry off and place the Cool-Puck in the freezer until completely frozen. 

Remove the perforated plate through the window on front of the Grand Cru’s cooler. Place the frozen Cool-Puck into the ice chamber. Add + 100 ml of water so the Cool-Puck can make contact with the aluminium. Place the plate back and put the pre-chilled bottle inside the cooler. This will keep the bottle at the right temperature for 2 hours and the bottle will remain dry.  
After use remove the Cool-Puck, dry off and refreeze for the next time.
