Orders via l'Atelier du Champagne are shipped by default via sendcloud in cooperation with UPS. You will find an overview of rates & countries at the bottom of this page.

You can also have your order ready at the L'Atelier and pick-up is possible 5 days a week from 12:00 to 17:50 at Rokin 91a.

What is the delivery time?
We aim to deliver your order to UPS within 48 hours on working days. UPS is the market leader in parcel delivery. In 98% of cases, your parcel will reach its destination within 48 hours. At home or business address.

Not at home?
If a parcel cannot be delivered to you on Tuesday to Saturday, it will be offered again later. The day and time of the 2nd delivery depends on the day of the 1st delivery. If you are not at home on the second delivery either, you will find a notice in your letterbox. It will tell you at which post office you can pick up the parcel. The parcel will remain available at the post office for 3 days.

Has my parcel already been dispatched or delayed?
Have you registered? Then you can track the status of your order via your account. If your order has ‘shipped’ status in your account but you have not yet received it, it is best to wait a few more working days. In exceptional cases, PostNL takes several days to deliver an order instead of 24 hours. Have you still not received your order 3 working days after it was sent? If so, please contact our customer service team. To serve you as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to state your order number.

Right of return and cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the last good. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the cancellation right before the cancellation deadline has expired. Consequences of cancellation If you cancel this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (excluding the additional costs incurred if you choose a delivery method other than the cheapest one offered by us Right of return and cancellation

We may withhold the refund until we have recovered the goods or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you notify us that you are withdrawing from the contract. The deadline has expired if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
