The champagne is based on the 2022 harvest (85%) and blended with reserve wines (2020/2021 - 15%).

About Perrine Fresne

In Sermiers, in the Montagne de Reims region, Perrine Fresne cultivates three hectares of vineyards spread across fifteen lieux ditches. She operates according to sustainable principles and released her first cuvée with the 2020 harvest. From the outset, she has opted for precision and a clear expression of her plots.

Production is small-scale, with meticulous attention to detail in both the vineyard and cellar. Her champagnes are refined and full of character. The rosé de saignée, made exclusively from meunier, is exceptionally gourmet and truly shines at the table.
