Jacquesson is an independent champagne estate that has existed since 1798.
Before 1999, the estate produced only brut champagnes. After 1999, the Chiquet family (owners of the estate since 1974) decided to improve the quality of the champagnes and to make each cuvée a proof of the terroir and the vintages. This was the beginning of the 700 cuvées, all based on a single year.

In 2022, the estate became the property of the Artémis group, and the quality of the champagnes remains unchanged.
