Champagne Petit-Clergeot is located in the Aube region, also known as the Côte des Bar, in the village of Polisot. The estate has been certified organic since 2024.
That same year, Paul-Bastien Clergeot sold his tractors and now only works with small equipment.
The winegrower has a team of pigs and sheep, which are very useful for natural fertilization and weed control. He also makes his own organic compost, which is used to nourish the soil.
The color orange, which is so beautiful on his wines, is Paul's favorite color and is represented everywhere in his business, from his hat to his new wine press!

Starting in 2025, he will concentrate on 4.5 hectares of his 8 hectares, with the remainder sold to major producers. The number of oak barrels and stainless steel barrels will also gradually decrease, and the focus will shift to Amphora. We look forward to all the new developments.
