About Petit Clergeot

Champagne Petit Clergeot is located in Polisot, in the Aube region. The estate has been organically certified since 2024. Paul Bastien Clergeot consciously opted for a different approach, trading his tractors for small machines. With a herd of pigs and sheep, he naturally fertilizes and controls weeds in the vineyard.

In the cellar, the focus is increasingly shifting from oak barrels and stainless steel to amphorae. This choice aligns with his quest for purity and texture. A striking feature is the orange color that appears everywhere on the estate, from his cap to his wine press, and which also symbolizes his energetic and distinctive style.
