About Petit Clergeot

Champagne Petit-Clergeot is located in the Aube region, in the village of Polisot. The estate has been certified organic since 2024. Paul-Bastien Clergeot has sold off his tractors and now works exclusively with small machinery. He has a herd of pigs and sheep, which are very useful for natural fertilization and weed control. The use of oak barrels and stainless steel is gradually being phased out in favor of amphorae.

The orange color, so beautiful to see on his wines, is Paul's favorite color and is everywhere on his farm, from his hat to his new wine press!
