In the heart of the Côte de Blancs you will find the classic Fallet house led by Michel Fallet. A house where champagne is made in a completely traditional way from only Chardonnay grapes. Grand cru municipalities Avize, Cramant and Oger provide high-quality grapes.

This quality translates into a champagne that can compete with the top cuvées from the major houses. Characteristic of these wines is the long maturation on the lees, which develops beautiful toast aromas. Only after 7 to 8 years is the bottle cleared of the yeast cells.

Fallet makes champagnes under the Fallet-Prevostat and Fallet-Gourron labels.
