Billecart Salmon is a champagne house largely owned by the Billecart family.
Mathieu Roland-Billecart has been leading the House since 2019.

Most of the estate's vines are farmed organically and biodynamically. Some grapes are also bought from other winegrowers, making Billecart Salmon a Négociant Manipulant (NM).

The champagnes produced by Billecart Salmon are very precise, with some of the most famous vintages. The vinification techniques are very advanced, with barrel work and long maturation in the cellar.
