Billecart Salmon's Rendez-Vous are designed to showcase exceptional terroir and the art of winemaking.

Rendez-vous No. 8, always a limited edition, is made from Meunier grapes grown on the chalky soils of the village of Leuvrigny in the Marne Valley. Reserve wines from the 2018 harvest were added, after which the champagne was aged in the cellar for 63 months.
This 100% meunier has aromas of exotic fruit and shortbread, which balance the chalky and mineral notes.

About Billecart Salmon

Billecart Salmon is a champagne house largely owned by the Billecart family.
Mathieu Roland-Billecart has been at the helm since 2019.
Most of the estate's vines are farmed organically and biodynamically. Some grapes are also bought from other winegrowers, making Billecart Salmon a Négociant Manipulant (NM).

The champagnes produced by Billecart Salmon are very precise, with some of the most famous vintages. The vinification techniques are very advanced, with barrel work and long cellar maturation.
