Champagne André Jacquart is a family house located in the Côte des Blancs. Their range of Blanc de Blancs is intended to be very representative of the terroirs of Vertus and Mesnil-Sur-Oger. The long aging in the cellar, the low dosage, the absence of malolactic fermentation and the vinification in barrels are the signatures of the House.
The Côte des Blancs draws its wealth from its soil. The chalk acts as a water reservoir in times of drought.
This terroir is particularly suited to Chardonnay where it reigns supreme. The limestone soils give it its famous minerality and produce elegant and fine Blanc de Blancs with an international reputation.
The Champagnes come exclusively from the terroirs of Vertus and Mesnil-sur-Oger.
André Jacquart is looking to the future with an innovative spirit focusing on respect for the terroir and the wines. In accordance with this philosophy, the estate was certified HVE 3 in 2019.
