The Champagne house works with 450 hectares of vineyards spread across the Champagne region, of which 200 hectares are Premier and Grands Crus.
The cellar master and his team of oenologists take great care to preserve the balance and unique flavours typical of the Champagne terroirs.
The Champagne House likes to use reserve wines and the solera technique to give depth to its champagnes, and sometimes releases very fine vintages.
