Champagne Cose is the brainchild of two friends, Victor Allier and Gil Conejo.
Cose is a Champagne négociant that sources grapes from responsible Champagne growers such as Girard-Bonnet, Antoine Bouvet, and Bichery. Their champagnes showcase diverse terroirs, grape varieties, and vintages. Their wines are vinified in used barrels from the Selosse estate.
