About Cose

Champagne Cose is the project of two friends, Victor Allier and Gil Conejo.
Cose is a Champagne Négociant that buys grapes from responsible Champagne growers such as Girard-Bonnet, Antoine Bouvet and Bichery. Their champagnes show different terroirs, grape varieties and vintages. Their wines are vinified in used barrels from the Selosse estate.
