Champagne Cose is the brainchild of two friends, Victor Allier and Gil Conejo. As négociants, they source grapes from responsibly operating winegrowers like Girard Bonnet, Antoine Bouvet, and Bichery. Their project aims to showcase the diversity of Champagne by exploring different terroirs, grape varieties, and vintages.

In the cellar, they opt for vinification in used barrels from the Selosse estate, which creates additional layers of character. Their champagnes are expressive and distinctive, with a clear focus on provenance and precision. A modern initiative with great respect for craftsmanship.
