Krug is a champagne house from Reims that has existed for more than 6 generations.
The house was founded in 1843 by Joseph Krug, a visionary winemaker who succeeded in producing top-quality champagnes regardless of the vintage, thanks to the brand's legendary blends.
Some cuvées are blends of more than 130 different wines (vintages, grape varieties, terroirs) such as the grand cuvées, but the house also produces vintage parcellaires such as Clos du Mesnil and Clos d'Ambonnay.
The current cellar master is Julie Cavil and the house is part of the LVMH group.
