About Girard-Bonnet

The Girard Bonnet estate boasts 12 hectares of vineyards in the Côte des Blancs, with its cellar located in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. The plots are located in Grand Cru and Premier Cru villages renowned for their high-quality Chardonnay. In 2023, Paul achieved both organic and biodynamic certification, a significant step in his vision of sustainable viticulture.

For Girard Bonnet, quality always begins in the vineyard, with healthy, perfectly ripe grapes as the starting point. In the cellar, they experiment extensively with different barrel sizes, wood, stainless steel, and even amphorae. This allows each cuvée to develop its own distinct identity and showcase a different nuance of the terroir.
