About Les Frères Mignon

In 2015, brothers Florent and Julien Mignon took over the family estate and began producing their own champagnes. Based in Cramant, in the Côte des Blancs, they cultivate Chardonnay vineyards in Avize, Cramant, and Cuis, supplemented with a little Pinot Noir in Cumières, just north of Épernay.

In the vineyards, they have opted for a sustainable and organic approach. In the cellar, they prioritize spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, the use of oak barrels, and long aging periods.
