About Clément & Fils

Aurélien Clément of Clément et Fils is based in Congy, in the Coteaux du Petit Morin region. After studying oenology in Avize, he went to work at his uncle's estate, which has been producing champagne since the 1980s. In 2017, he released his first vintage. The estate currently encompasses 6.5 hectares of vineyards.

From the very beginning, Aurélien decided to stop using pesticides and works according to biodynamic principles. Clément et Fils is part of the Epicurwine group, a collective of ten winemakers including Maxime Oudiette, Alexandre Grimée, and Laculle Frères. A young winemaker with a clear vision and a focus on purity and terroir.
