About Lacourte Godbillon

Champagne Lacourte Godbillon is located in Écueil, in the Montagne de Reims region, and comprises 8 hectares of fully organic and biodynamically certified vineyards. The estate was created by merging Géraldine's family vineyards and was further developed with the support of the local cooperative. In 2008, Géraldine and Richard took over the business after retraining in viticulture and oenology.

Since 2012, they have been fully independent. In 2017, they switched to organic farming and in 2022 to biodynamics. Their approach focuses strongly on biodiversity, using sheep, green manure, trees, hedges, and nesting boxes. Everything is geared towards creating healthy soil and pure, expressive champagnes.
