About Les Frères Mignon

In 2015, brothers Florent and Julien Mignon took over the family estate and began producing their own champagnes. Based in Cramant, in the Côte des Blancs region, they work with Chardonnay from Avize, Cramant, and Cuis. They also own a small plot of Pinot Noir in Cumières, just north of Épernay.

In the vineyard, they opt for a sustainable and organic approach, with a strong focus on soil and biodiversity. In the cellar, they employ spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, use oak barrels, and age their wines for extended periods. The result is refined, pure, and clearly rooted in the terroir.
