About Pierre Brocard

In 2012, Thibaud Brocard took over the family estate from his father Pierre Brocard. The winery is located in Celles sur Ource, in the heart of the Côte des Bar, and is cultivated in harmony with nature using integrated viticulture. Respect for the soil and environment is central to everything that happens here.

Thibaud enjoys working with Pinot Noir, which develops strength and structure in the clay-limestone soils of the Côte des Bar. He also produces wines from Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, characterized by a delicate minerality. In the cellar, fermentation mostly takes place in stainless steel tanks, and sulfites are added sparingly to preserve purity and terroir expression.
