About Brocard Pierre

In 2012, Thibaut Brocard took over the family estate from his father, Pierre Brocard. Located in Celles-sur-Ource, in the heart of the Côte des Bar, the estate is cultivated in harmony with nature using integrated viticulture. Respect for the soil and the environment is central to everything here.

Thibaut enjoys working with Pinot Noir, which develops strength and structure on the clay-limestone soils of the Côte des Bar. He also makes wines from Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, characterized by a fine minerality. In the cellar, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with only limited sulfur additions to preserve purity and terroir expression.
