About Dom Perignon

Dom Pérignon is produced exclusively during good vintages. The name was already used as a brand in 1921, but it wasn't until 1947 that Champagne gained its own identity, with a specific blend of grapes. Since then, each vintage has stood alone and reflected the character of the year in question.

The cuvée is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with the ratio varying depending on the vintage. Only perfectly ripe grapes are selected. After the second fermentation, the champagne is aged on the lees for approximately eight years, which creates complexity, depth, and a long, refined finish.
