About Doyard

For twelve generations, Doyard has cultivated vineyards around Vertus, in the southernmost part of the Côte des Blancs. For four generations, the estate has operated as a Grower Manipulant and produces its own champagnes. The estate encompasses 11 hectares and practices sustainable viticulture, with horses having long since replaced tractors.

Some of the plots are located in Grand Cru villages such as Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize, and Cramant, along with Premier Cru Vertus. Chardonnay predominates, with a small portion of Pinot Noir from Aÿ for red and rosé. Doyard produces approximately 50,000 bottles annually, with a clear focus on finesse and terroir.
