About Eric Rodez

When Eric Rodez took over the family business in 1982, he decided to treat his vineyards with the utmost care and gradually transitioned to organic and biodynamic methods. Today, Eric and his son Mickaël jointly manage six hectares around Grand Cru Ambonnay, where Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are at their best.

As a former oenologist at Krug, Eric brought extensive blending expertise to the table. The champagnes are fermented in a combination of oak barrels and stainless steel tanks and are blended from multiple vintages or released as a vintage. The style is balanced and elegant, with depth and precision as its hallmarks.
