About Clément & Fils

Aurélien Clément, of the Clément & Fils estate, is based in Congy, in the Coteaux du Petit Morin region. After studying oenology in Avize, he went to work at his uncle's estate, which has been producing champagne since the 1980s. In 2017, he produced his first vintage. The estate covers 6.5 hectares. From the very first year, Aurélien immediately stopped using pesticides in the vineyards and now works according to the biodynamic method.

Clément & Fils is part of the Epicurwine group, which comprises 10 winemakers, including Maxime Oudiette, Alexandre Grimée, and Laculle Frères, who you will also find in our range.
