About Maxime Oudiette

Maxime Oudiette cultivates four hectares of vineyards in the Val du Petit Morin, where his Chardonnays have been certified organic since 2024. His plots in Beaunay follow the principles of organic farming but are not certified. He trained with Thuillier and Jacques Selosse, harvested his first vintage in 2015, and released his first champagne in 2020.

As an innovative winemaker, he primarily uses the yeasts present in the plot to create the effervescence. The construction of a new cellar and an expansion planned for 2026 promise a bright future for his champagnes and reinforce his ambition to produce precise, vibrant wines connected to their terroir.
