About La Borderie

In the heart of the Aube, in Bar-sur-Seine, Marie and Simon manage eleven hectares of vineyards, which they inherited from their parents in 2013. The family estate focuses heavily on biodiversity and sustainability. Pinot Noir forms the foundation, supplemented with Chardonnay, Meunier, and even Pinot Blanc.

In the cellar, the wines are aged partly in oak barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks, depending on the desired style. La Borderie's champagnes are fruity and accessible, with a clear expression of their terroir. Visitors to the estate can also stay overnight in the gîtes and experience the history firsthand.
