About Maxime Oudiette

Maxime Oudiette manages four hectares of vineyards in the Val du Petit Morin. His plots in Beaunay are farmed organically and have been partially certified organic since 2024. After internships with Thuillier and Jacques Selosse, he harvested his first grapes in 2015 and released his first champagne in 2020.

As an innovative winemaker, he works with the yeasts naturally present in his plots to create the purest possible expression. With the construction of a new cellar and a planned expansion in 2026, he is looking ahead. His ambition is clear: to create precise, vibrant champagnes deeply connected to their terroir.
