About Georges Remy

After studying oenology, Georges Remy worked for a time in Bordeaux, where he developed a passion for red wine. Returning to Champagne to take over the family estate, he began producing a still red wine in 2011: Bouzy Rouge. Since 2014, he has also been producing Champagne.

In the heart of the southern Montagne de Reims, Remy manages over four hectares of vineyards, where Pinot Noir is the dominant grape variety. He harvests as late as possible to obtain ripe and flavorful fruit. The champagnes are aromatic, complex, and powerful.
