About La Borderie

In the heart of the Aube, in Bar-sur-Seine, Marie and Simon own eleven hectares of vineyards, a family treasure they inherited from their parents in 2013. The vineyard, which emphasizes biodiversity and sustainability, grows Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Meunier, and even Pinot Blanc. In the cellar, the wines are aged in oak barrels as well as stainless steel tanks.

La Borderie's champagnes have a fruity character and are wonderfully accessible, true terroir wines. If you're in the area, you can also stay overnight in the estate's gîtes!
