Pleasant blend of grapes from vineyards around Bouzy and the southern Aube. To maintain fresh acidity, the malolactic fermentation in the base wine is blocked, and the champagne rests in the cellar for two years on its own lees.

Floral, fruity and accessible, this is a fine champagne in which pinot noir provides length and chardonnay for beautiful freshness. Just have a nice drink.

Generations of grape growers within the family had already preceded him, when in 1945 René Brice launched a champagne domain in Bouzy with his name. From the 1990s onwards, the family business grew to an annual production of around 100,000 bottles. At the same time, Brice made a name for himself with his still red wine: Bouzy rouge. In addition to vineyards around Bouzy, the family has plots of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the Aube, the southernmost part of Champagne.

A few years ago, the very experienced champagne maker Christophe Constant was hired for production in the cellar. The grand cru champagnes remain in the cellar for at least three years, the dosage of all champagnes is low: fruitiness and freshness are paramount in Brice's style.

The Brice family pays a lot of attention to the transition to a more sustainable way of working. Pesticides are banned from the vineyards, and the process for organic certification was initiated in 2020.
