About Guenin

The Guenin estate owns 5 hectares of organic vineyards in Essoyes, in the Côte des Bar region. All wines are produced as naturally as possible to respect the terroir. The entire winemaking process, from fermentation to malolactic fermentation, takes place in oak barrels.

Sébastien studied at the Lycée Viticole de Beaune, and his wife, Axelle, works with him on the estate. Their wines are refined, delicious, and perfect for drinking at any time of day.
