About Eric Rodez

From the moment he took over the family business in 1982, Eric Rodez was committed to treating his vineyards with the utmost care and gradually converted to organic and biodynamic methods. Today, Eric and his son Mickaël farm six hectares of vineyards around the Grand Cru Ambonnay, where Pinot Noir and Chardonnay thrive. As a former oenologist at Krug, Eric Rodez has extensive experience in blending wines.

The champagnes are fermented in oak barrels and stainless steel tanks and are blended from multiple vintages or made from a single vintage. Eric Rodez wines are characterized by their exceptional balance and elegance.
