About Brice

Since the 17th century, the Brice family has owned vineyards and produced wine in the heart of the southern Montagne de Reims, in the Grand Cru commune of Bouzy. Since 1945, the family has produced its own champagnes and has been responsible for modernizing and expanding the estate's cellars.

The new generation, Remi and Jean-René Brice, produces approximately 100,000 bottles per year. Their estate covers 12 hectares, including 8 hectares in Bouzy Grand Cru, certified organic since 2023. Christophe Constant, cellar master since 2019, is responsible for production and oversees the quality of the champagnes produced.
