About Antoine Bouvet

Antoine Bouvet from Mareuil-sur-Ay took over his grandfather's estate in early 2010 and launched his own brand. He farms five hectares, primarily planted with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, following a sustainable and regenerative approach. Agroforestry, natural vegetation, and even horse work are all part of his approach. On the steepest plots, miniature pigs help with tilling the soil.

As a member of the collective Des Pieds et des Vins, along with Étienne Calsac and Mouzon Leroux, he produces around 30,000 bottles annually. In the cellar, he continues to experiment with new techniques and has stopped adding sulphites since 2021. A distinctive winemaker with a clear vision.
