Aurélien Clément of domaine Clément & Fils is located in Congy, in the Coteaux du Petit Morin.
After studying wine in Avize, he started working on his uncle's estate, which has been making champagne since the 1980s. The first production year of his own wine was 2017.
The domain covers 6.5 hectares.

From the very first year, Aurélien immediately stopped using pesticides in the vineyards and works according to a biodynamic method.
The names of his champagnes refer to the plants and flowers that now grow as ground cover between the vines. Meunier and Chardonnay are the main grape varieties used in the champagnes, supplemented by Pinot Noir.

The champagnes of Clément & Fils are fine, fresh and adventurous.
