Alexandre Grimée was born in 1988 and started his own champagne brand in 2010. The house is located in Azy-sur-Marne and its 1 hectare of vineyards are located in the neighboring village of Bonneil in the Marne Valley, where the Meunier grape thrives. Together, these two villages form a natural amphitheater with a southerly exposure.

Alexandre handles the vineyard work himself, as does the cellar work. With minimal, yet necessary, cellar work, he produces wines that express the terroir and vintage. Since 2023, Alexandre Grimée's wines have been certified organic.
