About Olivier Horiot

Olivier Horiot is based in the Côte des Bar, in the village of Ricey. His father before him, Serge Horiot, produced champagne under the name Serge Horiot and was co-founder of the Ricey-Bas wine cooperative.
Today, Olivier still produces champagnes under the Serge Horiot brand, as he is very attached to the concept of cooperative.

Since 2000, Olivier has produced champagnes and coteaux champenois under his own name. Most of the wines are made from pinot noir, but Olivier Horiot also likes forgotten varieties such as pinot blanc, petit meslier and arbanne.

The estate's viticulture is certified organic and Olivier Horiot is heavily involved in teaching and research into viticulture. He runs the estate with his wife Marie.

Horiot's wines are delicious and the reputation of its Champagne slopes and champagnes is established.
