About Adrien Renoir

A young talent in Champagne is Adrien Renoir, who joined his father Vincent in the family cellar in the grand cru commune of Verzy in 2015 to make champagne. Together they developed a new course for their five-hectare estate: pesticides out of the vineyards, a lot of attention to terroir and careful use of wood.

Adrien’s name now appears on the labels of his exciting, dry champagnes. The grapes, mainly pinot noir, ferment in wooden barrels with their own yeasts. Malolactic fermentation is allowed for a softer, rounder mouthfeel. After the second fermentation, the champagnes are given a considerable period of maturation in the cellar.

Champagnes from a promising maker: fruity and expressive, layered and gastronomic.
