About André Robert

André Robert was founded in the 19th century and has always remained a family business. Today, Claire and Jean Baptiste are at the helm of the estate in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. The focus is on champagnes with a high Chardonnay content, supplemented with a small number of blends. The vineyards are primarily located in the Côte des Blancs, where Chardonnay thrives in the chalky soils.

In the cellar, they work according to traditional methods. Fermentation and aging take place in a combination of stainless steel tanks and Burgundian oak barrels. This way, they combine freshness and precision with extra depth and structure in their champagnes.
