About Dom Perignon

Dom Pérignon is only produced in good vintages. Dom Pérignon was first used as a brand in 1921, but it wasn't until 1947 that it became a champagne made in its own way from various grape varieties.

The champagnes are made from perfectly ripe grapes and are a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The composition varies from year to year. After the second fermentation, the champagne is aged on its own yeast for approximately eight years.
