About Eric Taillet

In 1995, Eric Taillet took over the family estate in the Vallée de la Marne and modernized it. A great lover of the Meunier grape, over 80% of the 6 hectares of vineyards around Baslieux-sous-Châtillon are planted with Meunier. Eric also founded the Meunier Institute to promote and further develop this grape variety.

Today, Eric's children, Léna and Dylan, have taken over the estate. In the vineyard, the family avoids the use of chemical pesticides and practices agroforestry. While the fruity and accessible character of the wines is appealing, their champagnes become more expressive and captivating each year.
