About this bottle

This cuvée is a blanc de blancs from villages such as Le Mesnil sur Oger, Cuis, Etrechy & Vertus.
The wine matured for at least 30 months in the cellar and 46% of the wine was vinified and matured in oak.
A very dry champagne with a wonderful freshness, which at the same time has a rich, deep and slightly lemony taste.

André Robert, founded in the 19th century, has always remained a family business. Today, Claire and Jean-Baptiste run the business in Mesnil-sur-Oger.
The house mainly produces champagnes with a predominant share of Chardonnay, but the range also includes a small number of blends.

Their vineyards are primarily located in the Côte des Blancs, where the Chardonnay grape thrives in the region's chalky soils. Winemaking is carried out using traditional methods, particularly a combination of stainless steel tanks and Burgundian oak barrels for fermentation and aging.
