About Brocard Pierre

In 2012, Thibaut Brocard took over the family estate under the watchful eye of his father, Pierre Brocard. Located in Celles-sur-Ource, in the heart of the Côte des Bar, the estate is cultivated in harmony with nature using integrated viticultural methods.

The winemaker prefers to work with Pinot Noir, a complex and well-structured grape variety grown on the clay-limestone soils of the Côte des Bar terroir. He also produces wines based on Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, which are characterized by their fine minerality. The wines are vinified in stainless steel tanks and only a limited amount of sulfur is added.
