About JM Sélèque

When Jean Marc Sélèque took over the family business in Pierry, just below Épernay, in 2008, he was following in the footsteps of his grandfather, who had planted the vineyards in 1965. His father had then started making his own champagnes.

After working in Australia and the United States, Jean-Marc devoted himself entirely to champagne and quickly made a name for himself as a vigneron. In seven municipalities in the Marne Valley and Côte des Blancs, he cultivates more than seven hectares of organic vineyards and grows mainly chardonnay (60%), supplemented with meunier and a small portion of pinot noir.
