About M. Lefébure

Marie-Laurène Lefébure is a historian and a graduate of the Sorbonne. After realizing that her life was in nature and guided by her passion for wine, she returned to Champagne.
Together with her husband Sébastien Lefébure (whom she met at the viticultural school in Avize) they have 5 hectares of vineyards in the Coteaux du Petit Morin, between Sézanne and Epernay. They also have a few vineyards in the Côte des Bars.
Their viticulture is sustainable and traditional. They encourage biodiversity in the vineyards and try to keep intervention in the cellar to a minimum.
