This very accessible, fruity champagne is made from 100% meunier from old vines. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks and malolactic fermentation takes place.

A rich aroma, ripe yellow summer fruit in the mouth with a round and supple mouthfeel. A beautiful juicy and cheerful champagne.

About Francis Orban

Francis Orban's vineyards are located in the Marne Valley and cover 7.5 hectares, spread across 29 plots. His estate is located in the Leuvrigny cru. The Meuniers, which account for 90% of Francis Orban's production, face south/southeast and ripen under optimal conditions.
The soil consists mainly of limestone and sand, with some layers of clay.

The estate is HVE3 certified (Haute Valeur Environnementale) and its viticulture is environmentally friendly and respects biodiversity. Francis Orban is a member of the Meunier Institut collective, a group of passionate winemakers who promote the Meunier grape.
